Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a bulging aorta (aneurysm) in the chest, belly, or both that needs a large graft
- Your iliac arteries are heavily narrowed (less than 6 mm) or have thick calcium buildup
- You have not had a previous surgical bypass in the groin area
- You have not had a stent placed in the same spot where the shock wave balloon would go
- The aneurysm may be urgent, scheduled, symptomatic, or fast-growing
