- You are 60 years old or older
- You are about to have a planned lung surgery
- You can use a smartphone or tablet comfortably
- You are not currently being treated for serious psychiatric conditions (like schizophrenia, depression, or alcohol addiction) or neurological conditions (like dementia, Parkinson's, or a recent stroke)
- You are not very frail or weak (your weakness score is under 6)
