  • Your semen analysis results are not normal according to WHO guidelines.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 30 (a healthy weight range).
  • You do not have azoospermia (no sperm in semen).
  • You do not have varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum).
  • You have no known chromosome problems or active cancer.
  • You have not used hormone therapy or supplements in the last 3 months.
