Study of RJMty19 for hard-to-treat lupus

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Part of Immune system & allergy, Skin clinical trials.

This study tests a new cell therapy called RJMty19 for people with lupus that has not responded to standard treatments. The therapy targets and helps remove overactive B cells to calm the immune system and reduce lupus activity.

NCT07403097Recruiting· Phase 1
CD19 CAR-T therapy for refractory lupus

This trial tests whether a personalized cell therapy called CD19 CAR-T can help people with hard-to-treat lupus (SLE). The treatment uses your own immune cells that have been modified to attack faulty B cells, which are involved in lupus. It is for patients who have moderate to severe disease despite trying multiple standard treatments.

CD19 CAR-T for Active Lupus

This study tests a new treatment called CD19 CAR-T, which reprograms your own immune cells to attack lupus. It is for people with active lupus that has not responded well to standard therapies.

CD19 UCAR T cells for severe lupus

This trial tests an experimental treatment called CD19 UCAR T cells for people with severe lupus that hasn't gotten better with standard medicines. It aims to see if these special immune cells can safely and effectively control the disease.

NCT06316076Recruiting· Phase 1
CD19 CAR-T cell therapy for autoimmune diseases

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells targeting CD19) for people with autoimmune diseases that haven't improved with standard treatments. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help control the disease.

NCT07233642Recruiting· Phase 1
Fast CD19 CAR-T therapy for lupus not helped by standard treatment

This trial tests a quick-made CAR-T cell therapy for children and adults with active lupus who haven't gotten better with standard drugs. The goal is to see if targeting a protein called CD19 on certain immune cells can calm the disease.

Hangzhou, Zhejiang
NCT06349343Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR-T cell therapy for hard-to-treat lupus

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-T cells) that targets two proteins on immune cells (CD19 and BCMA) to treat lupus that hasn't responded to standard treatments. It may help people with moderate to severe lupus by reducing disease activity without ongoing medication.
