Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 64 years old.
- You have current symptoms of depression or anxiety that are at least moderate (a PHQ-9 score of 10 or higher, and/or a GAD-7 score of 8 or higher).
- You are not currently receiving any other talk therapy for mental health.
- You have not had suicidal thoughts or attempted suicide in the past 2 months.
- You do not have bipolar disorder, psychosis, cognitive impairment, unstable medical illness, or alcohol/drug dependence.
