Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure and your heart's pumping strength is less than 50%.
- You have not had a heart attack or chest pain in the last 3 months.
- You do not have a very slow heart rate (below 50), a history of fainting, or a heart block that needs a pacemaker.
- You do not have severe kidney disease or moderate to severe lung disease.
