Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You had immune-mediated TTP (iTTP) with very low ADAMTS13 activity (less than 10%) or slightly low with a positive antibody.
- You only had one iTTP episode, or if more than one, all episodes were treated with plasma exchange and caplacizumab started within 3 days.
- You cannot have any metal or other reasons that make MRI unsafe.
- You must be able to communicate in English well enough for the study tests.
