Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 64 years old.
  • You have both prediabetes and obesity (general obesity or extra belly fat).
  • You are not currently taking weight-loss or diabetes medications (like metformin, liraglutide, or orlistat) and have not taken them in the last 3 months.
  • You have not used steroids for more than 7-10 days, antidepressants, antipsychotics, or hormone birth control in the last 3 months.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study, and you have no serious medical conditions (like heart disease, liver/kidney failure, or cancer).
