Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Tourette's syndrome by a doctor using standard criteria.
- Your tics are severe (score of 35 or higher on a tic severity scale, with motor tics at least 15).
- You have tried at least three different types of medication for three months each, and they didn't help enough.
- You are not able to or have not benefited from behavioral therapy for tics.
- You have no active suicidal thoughts and your other health conditions have been stable for at least six months.
