Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with Tourette syndrome and have had tics for more than 1 year.
  • Your tics are severe (score above 35 on a standard scale) and have not improved with standard treatments.
  • You have no other serious medical or psychiatric conditions that would make surgery unsafe.
  • You are willing and able to undergo surgery and follow-up visits.
