  • You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
  • Your cancer is stage 3, meaning it's locally advanced but hasn't spread far.
  • You will receive radiation therapy at the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori in Milan.
  • You have not had radiation therapy to your chest before.
  • You have not had heart surgery.
