  • You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at stage I, II, or III.
  • You were treated with radiation therapy (like 3D-conformal, IMRT, arc therapy, or SBRT), with or without chemotherapy.
  • You did not have surgery to remove part of your lung before radiation.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your medical information needed for the study is available.
