Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 80 years old
  • You have been on a breathing machine for more than 2 days and are starting to breathe on your own
  • Your oxygen levels and blood gases are stable enough to begin weaning
  • You can follow instructions and communicate in Thai
  • You do not have unstable vital signs, recent bleeding (coughing up blood), collapsed lung, or muscle weakness diseases
