Who can take part

  • You were in the intensive care unit (ICU) for at least 2 full days (48 hours).
  • You live in the area served by a Frisian hospital (in the Netherlands).
  • You understand the Dutch language.
  • You have full use of at least one arm or hand (no paralysis or weakness).
  • You do not currently have severe confusion (delirium) or severe memory problems.
  • You do not have an implantable heart defibrillator.
