- You have tendinosis (not a full tear) of the common extensor tendon in your elbow, confirmed by ultrasound or MRI.
- You are able to take pills by mouth and will follow a 2-week pill count schedule.

- You do not have certain health conditions like diabetes, fibromyalgia, or inflammatory arthritis.
