Who can take part
- Your child's leukemia must have a specific genetic change (KMT2A rearrangement, NPM1 mutation, or NUP98 rearrangement) that is confirmed by a central lab.
- Your child's leukemia must have come back after treatment (relapsed) or not responded to standard treatment (refractory).
- Your child must be between 0 and 21 years old, weigh at least 5 kg, and have a good performance status (able to do most normal activities).
- Your child's organs (kidneys, liver, heart) must be working well enough based on blood tests and heart scans.
- Your child cannot have Down syndrome, certain types of leukemia (APL, JMML), or isolated extramedullary disease (cancer outside the bone marrow only).
- Your child cannot be taking certain stomach acid medications (proton pump inhibitors) while on the study drug.
