Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called squamous cell carcinoma that can be removed with surgery (stage II to IIIB).

- A PET-CT scan shows the cancer has not spread to other parts of your body.
- You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0-1) and at least 18 years old.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within certain limits, and you are not pregnant or nursing.
