Who can take part

  • You are at least 21 years old and have had or decided to have a Synergy Disc implant in your neck.
  • You have a pinched nerve or spinal cord compression in your neck that causes arm or neck pain, numbness, or weakness.
  • You have tried at least 6 weeks of non-surgical treatments (like physical therapy or medications) without relief.
  • You do not have severe arthritis, osteoporosis, an active infection, or are pregnant.
