Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (blood clot or bleed) on one side of the brain at least 6 months ago
  • You are 50 years old or older
  • You can walk by yourself for at least 1 minute (using a cane or walker is okay)
  • You can follow instructions and are medically stable
  • You do not have a pacemaker, metal in your head, or a history of seizures
  • You are not currently doing another formal rehab program
