Who can take part
- You are 50 to 80 years old.
- You have lumbar spinal stenosis (narrowing of the spinal canal) in 1 or 2 vertebrae.
- Your main symptom is leg pain, numbness, or heaviness when walking that gets better when you sit or lean forward.
- You have tried non-surgical treatments (like PT, meds, or injections) for at least 3 months without enough relief.
- You have a mild slippage of a vertebra (less than grade 2) and your spine is stable (not too loose).
- You have not had any prior surgery on the same area of your lower back.
