Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with subacromial impingement syndrome (a shoulder condition where tendons get pinched).
- Your shoulder pain has lasted at least 3 months.
- You have not had any treatment for your shoulder in the last 6 months.
