Who can take part

  • You must be a tennis player with shoulder pain that rates 4–9 out of 10 on a pain scale during a specific shoulder test.
  • You must have at least two positive results from standard shoulder impingement tests (like the Hawkins, Neer, or painful arch test).
  • You must have a positive result on the modified Scapular Assistance Test (mSAT) for scapular dyskinesis.
  • You cannot have had previous fractures, dislocations, or surgery on your shoulder, collarbone, or scapula.
  • You must not have had corticosteroid injections in the past 3 months or physical therapy for your shoulder in the past 6 months.
  • Your shoulder pain cannot be extremely severe (above 9 out of 10) or caused by other conditions like neck problems or shoulder instability.
