Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is not squamous type.
- Your tumor has a specific EGFR mutation (like Ex19del, L858R, G719X, S768I, or L861Q).
- Your cancer has grown during or after treatment with osimertinib as your most recent therapy.
- You have had no more than 2 prior EGFR-targeted pills (osimertinib is the only third-generation one allowed).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan and has not been previously treated with radiation.
- You are in good general health (able to do daily activities without significant help).
