Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have a type of AML called t(8;21) or persistent AML1-ETO gene after chemotherapy
- Your HLA type is either A*11:01 or A*02:01 (a blood test will check this)
- Your leukemia has not responded to or has returned after at least 2 cycles of treatment
- You have a good performance status (ECOG score of 0 or 1, meaning you can do daily activities)
- You are willing to have blood drawn to collect cells for the therapy
