Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older with asthma.
  • You have a scheduled hospital visit for your asthma.
  • Your doctor plans to change your asthma medication at that visit (either increase or decrease).
  • You have not had a severe asthma flare-up in the last 4 weeks that needed steroid pills or antibiotics.
  • You have not had any other major medical problem in the last 4 weeks.
