Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have chronic heart failure (for more than 6 months) with a reduced pumping ability (EF ≤ 40%).
  • Your heart failure symptoms have been stable for at least 3 months, and you are on recommended heart medications.
  • You have iron deficiency based on blood tests (low ferritin or low transferrin saturation).
  • You have not taken any iron supplements in the last 3 months, and you haven't had a recent heart-related hospitalization or active infection.
