Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older
- You have a fast-growing brain tumor (high-grade glioma) that can't be removed with surgery, or surgery would be too risky
- You haven't had any surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation for this tumor before (a small biopsy to diagnose it is okay)
- You are generally healthy enough for surgery, with good kidney, liver, and blood function
- You can have an MRI with contrast dye, and you are not pregnant
