This study is looking for children aged 1 to 5 years who have congenital heart disease and had heart surgery or a procedure in their first year. A special nurse will check for early signs of developmental delays, to see if this kind of screening is helpful for these children.

Who can take part
- Your child is between 1 and 5 years old.
- Your child has a congenital heart defect and had heart surgery or a heart catheter procedure in their first year of life.
- Your child's heart condition is stable (no recent heart failure, no surgery planned in the next 6 months).
- Your child has not been diagnosed with a genetic syndrome that affects brain development, or a known neurodevelopmental disorder.
- Your child has not had a neurodevelopmental evaluation in the past 6 months.
- You agree to participate and have health insurance (if in France).
