Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 79 years old.
  • You have advanced (stage IIIB or IV) non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • You have been on osimertinib as your first treatment and had at least 2 cycles, with your best response being stable disease or slow progression.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor that hasn't been treated with radiation.
  • You do not have a known resistance mutation that would make osimertinib less effective (like T790M).
  • You are not currently receiving other cancer treatments and can safely take osimertinib and etoposide.
