  • You are a man of Puerto Rican descent and over 35 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher (based on your weight and height).
  • You are physically able to exercise and can get medical clearance if needed.
  • You have a private space, a secure computer or tablet, and reliable internet for video classes.
  • You understand and speak English.
  • You currently exercise no more than once per week and are not in any other weight loss program.
