Who can take part

  • You must have a stimulant use disorder (for cocaine or methamphetamine).
  • You cannot have an opioid use disorder or a severe disorder from other substances.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a body mass index (BMI) over 30 (for women).
  • You must not have serious medical conditions like severe heart or lung disease, liver or kidney problems, seizures, or certain sleep disorders.
  • You must not take medications that interact with the study drug, including some antidepressants, sedatives, or anesthetics.
