Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 90 years old
- Your heart's pumping strength (LV ejection fraction) is less than 50%
- You have complex blockages in your heart arteries, such as a blocked left main artery or severe three-vessel disease
- A heart team (cardiologist and surgeon) has said you are a good candidate for angioplasty with a heart pump
- The blood vessel in your leg (used for the pump) is bigger than 5.5 mm
- You are willing to follow the study schedule and sign a consent form
