Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 90 years old.
- Your doctor recommends angioplasty (PCI) instead of bypass surgery, and your heart team agrees it's the best option.
- You have a weak heart (ejection fraction 35% or less, or between 36-40% with heart failure symptoms).
- You have at least one of: two completely blocked heart arteries, a blocked left main artery, or three blocked arteries with complex blockages.
- You are not in cardiogenic shock and have not had a recent heart attack (within 7 days) or CPR in the last day.
