This study tests a temporary heart pump called Phimume® that is inserted through a blood vessel in the leg to help your heart pump blood during a high-risk heart procedure. It is for people with very weak hearts who cannot safely have standard heart surgery.

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 90 years old and not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must have been told by at least two heart surgeons that traditional open-heart surgery is unsafe for you, or you have chosen not to have it despite knowing the risks.
- Your heart's pumping strength must be low (ejection fraction 35% or less), and you must have specific severe blockages in your heart arteries.
- You must be willing to participate, sign a consent form, and attend follow-up visits.
- You cannot have had a recent heart attack or cardiac arrest within the last day, or be in cardiogenic shock (when the heart can't pump enough blood).
- You cannot have serious problems like a stroke within the last month, severe kidney or liver disease, or blood clotting issues.
