Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of Huntington's disease (HD) with a specific CAG repeat length (40–59).
- You need to be in early to middle stages of HD (not bedridden or needing a feeding tube).
- You must fit into one of two weight groups: either underweight (or recent significant weight loss) or overweight (or recent unexplained weight gain).
- You cannot have taken certain medications (like antibiotics or steroids) in the last 6 months, and you must not have a history of stomach or bowel disorders.
