Sintilimab plus chemo for lung cancer before surgery

This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug called sintilimab to shrink unresectable stage IIIB-IIIC non-small cell lung cancer, making it possible to remove it with surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can help patients who aren't candidates for surgery now become candidates later.
