Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have stage 3 non-small cell lung cancer (the most common type) that has spread to certain lymph nodes or has other high-risk features.
- Your tumor can be removed with surgery, and you are healthy enough for the operation.
- Your cancer has not spread to distant organs (stage 4).
- With one exception, you have not had prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this cancer.
