- You have either normal thinking skills (healthy control) or a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
- You are right-handed.
- You can safely have an MRI and a mild brain stimulation procedure (HD-tDCS) — meaning no metal or electronic implants in your head or upper body.
- No other medical or neurological condition that affects your thinking or memory.
- No significant mental illness, sensory problems, or history of substance abuse.
