Who can take part

  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 27 and 45.
  • You usually eat at least 100 calories before noon and can eat within an hour of waking up.
  • You typically sleep at least 6 hours a night and don't take sleep medication regularly.
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes that requires medication tied to meal times.
  • You can walk for 2 blocks without stopping and have no heart condition that limits activity.
  • You are not currently on a weight loss program or taking weight loss medication, and have not lost 5% or more of your body weight in the last 6 months.
