Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old, male or female.
- You have been diagnosed with primary aldosteronism (a condition that raises blood pressure due to too much aldosterone).
- You either take no blood pressure meds or have been on a stable dose of allowed ones (alpha blockers or calcium channel blockers) for at least 4 weeks.
- Your average sitting blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or higher.
- You are not working night shifts, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no plans for surgery or invasive adrenal testing in the next 3 months.
