  • Your age is between 55 and 65, or between 18 and 28.
  • You do not have serious illnesses like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, or kidney problems.
  • You have not taken metformin or certain other medicines in the past 3 months.
  • You do not abuse alcohol or drugs.
