Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You had a stroke caused by a blocked blood vessel or bleeding in the brain, confirmed by a doctor and brain scan.
  • You have some weakness in your arm or hand on one side of your body.
  • It has been 3 to 10 days since your stroke.
  • You do not have a major injury to your bones or joints from the stroke.
  • You are able to understand and agree to take part in the study.
