Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 74 years old.
  • You had a single stroke caused by a blocked blood vessel (ischemic stroke) in the upper part of the brain, confirmed by scan.
  • You have weakness in your arm or hand on the third day after your stroke.
  • You do not have major trouble understanding or following instructions.
  • You are covered by French social security.
  • You can have an MRI scan (no metal implants or claustrophobia).
