  • You have been diagnosed with nerve damage in your hands and feet (polyneuropathy).
  • You can stand and walk without help from another person.
  • You have lost some feeling in your feet.
  • You do not have open sores on your feet.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have schizophrenia or major depression.
  • You are not overly sensitive to electrical stimulation.
