- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have had at least one depressive episode that is now in remission (symptoms are under control).
- You do not have other serious mental health conditions like psychosis, bipolar disorder, or OCD.
- You do not have a substance use disorder (tobacco is okay).
- You have not practiced yoga regularly for 1 month or more in the last 3 months.
