Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with grade II, III, or IV acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) after a stem cell transplant.
  • You have not yet received any other treatment for this aGVHD (this is your first therapy).
  • You do not have a liver condition called veno-occlusive disease (VOD/SOS).
  • You do not have an uncontrolled infection, severe liver or kidney problems, or certain active cancers.
