Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosis of one of these: multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica, MOGAD, or acute disseminated encephalomyelitis.
  • You are between the ages of 18 and 65.
  • You have a mild to moderate level of disability (EDSS score 4 or less).
  • Your symptoms have been stable for at least 30 days before starting.
  • You are generally healthy without major untreated infections, heart problems, or cancer.
