Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed case of multi-drug resistant or rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis, with a positive lab test in the last 2 months.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have not used bedaquiline, delamanid, or linezolid before, or have used them for less than 4 weeks total.
  • You have a positive sputum culture for tuberculosis at the start of the study and haven't had anti-tuberculosis treatment in the past month.
  • You do not have serious heart problems, nerve damage, or liver issues, and your heart rhythm test (QTcF) is under 450 milliseconds.
  • You agree to follow the treatment plan and attend all follow-up visits.
