  • It has been at least 1 month since your stroke.
  • You have muscle weakness (manual muscle strength less than 5).
  • You do not have epilepsy or a history of seizures.
  • You do not have other diseases of the brain or spinal cord.
  • You do not have an electric medication pump or an inner ear implant.
