Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma or grade 4 astrocytoma (or a lower-grade tumor that has progressed to grade 4)
- Your tumor has come back or worsened after standard treatment (chemotherapy and/or radiation)
- At least 12 weeks have passed since you finished your initial radiation therapy
- Your tumor shows specific genetic changes (EGFR alteration and IL13Rα2 expression) when tested
- You are 18 years or older and well enough for treatment (KPS score ≥70%, life expectancy ≥4 weeks)
- Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function are adequate; you are HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C negative
