Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer is triple-negative and has spread to at least two separate places in your body that can be seen on scans.
  • Your cancer must produce a protein called PD-L1 (tested by a special lab test).
  • You haven't had chemo for metastatic breast cancer before.
  • You are healthy enough to receive radiation, immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), and chemo (a taxane drug).
  • You are at least 18 years old and agree to take part in the study.
